Still Love Hula!

Hula Girl made it back to Farragut today.  Hip-hip-hooray!  I've been pretty vocal with thoughts on this truck, so I am pleased to say today went off without a single hitch.  Fair is fair.  They were on time.  My order was correct.  Makala was charming (although that has never been a concern ... she's been a sweetheart with every visit.)  The truck seemed to be all repaired and working properly.  NOM NOM NOM!  Please come back soon.

    Hi,
    Don't you think the pork is a bit too salty? Or is kailua pork supposed to be like that? I've ordered it twice, I love the pork but it gets too salty after a few bites.

    I've never gotten the pork. Sorry. But thanks for the comment -- I guess I'll have to try it now. :-)

    Hey...it's Mikala from Hula Girl...the Kalua Pork is salty - but, that is the way we do it in Hawaii....I will say that I've adjusted the salt when we roast...but, this isn't BBQ Pork..Mahalo..
